Serenia District, luxury residential development by Palma Development located in the prestigious Jumeirah Islands community in Dubai, designed to set a new benchmark for upscale urban living. The project spans approximately 600,000 sq ft of prime waterfront land with a total built-up area of around 3.5 million sq ft, featuring six integrated residential towers that together form a master-planned, lifestyle-centric community.
The first phase, West Residence, is a striking 46-storey tower comprising 419 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with panoramic views of Jumeirah Islands and the surrounding skyline. The design, by world-renowned Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei, is inspired by the Japanese Ireko philosophy, emphasising simplicity, tranquillity and thoughtful spatial use.
