Aldar has launched The Wilds Residences, a new apartment phase within its nature-led Wilds masterplan in Dubai, marking the next stage of a development that has already demonstrated strong buyer appetite.
The release follows the sellout of the community’s first villa phase, which generated AED5 billion in sales within days of launch.
Comprising six mid-rise buildings, the project will deliver 740 homes, including one- to three-bedroom apartments as well as two- and three-bedroom duplexes.
